Upon receipt, you have a period of 7 days to return the goods. An exchange is unfortunately not possible. The amount of the returned goods will be refunded to you in the form of vouchers to be used for your next purchase.
However, if you decide to subscribe to a purchase of a prepaid subscription from an operator, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to execute a possible exchange or refund. You just have to wait for the validity period of the subscription until it expires.
